    Method

    Boil potatoes until soft
    Boil mince and drain until all fat has been removed
    Make stock with 1 cube and 500ml boiling water
    Add stock to mince
    Add onion and mushrooms to mince and stock and boil
    Mash potatoes with butter then whisk for smooth texture
    Add spring onion to mash
    Serve
